Cafe Blue is proud to present its signature artisan bean-to-bar chocolate made with the finest Jamaican cocoa. Our beans are fermented, dried and processed at our chocolate factory ensuring the highest quality. All the cocoa used to make our Cafe Blue chocolate is from the central and eastern perishes of Jamaica. Our cocoa is produced by over 3,000 small farmers and for many this is the first time they have been able to taste their own produce in the form of fine chocolate.
